Who says sweet things have to be a sin? With this delicious recipe for frozen yoghurt, you can cool down in summer and provide your body with lots of healthy lactic acid bacteria at the same time.
Ingredients (enough for 4 portions)
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 TSP Inner Beauty
- Fresh berries, chocolate drops, dried fruit, nuts or other toppings as desired
Preparation

Mix the yogurt, maple syrup and Inner Beauty and pour the mixture into a small, rectangular baking dish.

Garnish the yogurt with fresh berries and other toppings of your choice. If necessary, cut the fruit into small pieces beforehand.

Place the yogurt in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

Take the frozen yogurt out of the freezer, allow it to thaw slightly and divide it into 4 equal portions.

Serve ice cold and enjoy!
