Intake & size

Intake:
Mix 2 scoops (=21.7 g) daily with 300 ml of water in a shaker and shake vigorously until the mixture is particularly smooth and creamy. Then enjoy straight away. Alternatively, you can stir the powder into plant-based milk or your favorite smoothie.
