My loyalty points have not been credited. What can I do?

If the loyalty points you have collected do not appear in your loyalty account, please send us a short message. We will check and take care of it! :)

How do I collect loyalty points for my order?

After your order, you will automatically be credited with 1 loyalty point for every €1 of your order (after discount, but before shipping costs, customs duties and taxes).

How do I collect loyalty points for my savings subscription?

If you take out a savings subscription, you will be credited with 200 loyalty points once at the start and then 1 loyalty point per €1 of each individual delivery.

Why am I not receiving any e-mail notifications about my loyalty points?

Have you made sure that you are subscribed to our newsletter? This is the only way we can send you important updates about your loyalty account. Simply sign up using the form above.

When do I receive loyalty points for my recommendation?

The 600 loyalty points for a referral will only be credited to you once an order has been placed using your referral discount code. If this order is canceled or returned, the 600 loyalty points will be automatically deducted again.

Can I combine my voucher with a discount code?

Unless otherwise stated, your vouchers cannot be combined with other discount codes & offers.

How can I submit a product review to collect loyalty points?

As soon as you have had enough time to test your products after your purchase, you will automatically receive an email from us with an invitation for a product review. For this it is important that you are registered for our newsletter . Your loyalty points will then be credited to your account.

When do my loyalty points expire?

All your loyalty points will expire if there has been no activity (collecting or redeeming points) in your loyalty account for one year .

What happens if I cancel/return my order?

If you cancel, return or use our money-back guarantee, the loyalty points for the order in question will be automatically deducted.
