Whether I was a student, in my first job or in a relationship, my diet was the first thing to suffer during stressful phases. At some point, my body could no longer cope with the pressure and I had to focus on my needs. But I didn't feel that conventional medicine was taking me seriously. So I intuitively turned to my roots. The approaches of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) helped me to balance out imbalances in a self-determined way. With the right nutrients at the right time, in a natural way.

And I want to make this possible for other women with HER ONE.
