Gut and skin are directly connected. When skin diseases occur, there are usually problems with the Gut behind it. Sustainable skin care starts with the Gut - because what makes the Gut happy is always good for the skin too.
If you suffer from skin problems, you should avoid too much sugar, as sugar can lead to inflammation in the Gut . But giving up snacking altogether? Better to choose a dessert that is good for your Gut and skin! Our chia pudding with Inner Beauty is rich in fiber and natural probiotics that nourish both organs from the inside out.
