Taking DAILY PROTEIN:

Mix 2 scoops (=21.7 g) daily with 300 ml water in a shaker and shake vigorously until the mixture is particularly smooth and creamy. Then enjoy straight away. Alternatively, you can stir the powder into plant-based milk or your favorite smoothie. The coconut milk powder gives your shake a naturally creamy consistency - perfect for a moment of indulgence on its own, in a breakfast bowl or as a protein upgrade in your recipes.

Ingestion KREATIN:

Take 4 KREATIN capsules per day with sufficient liquid (you can choose when to take them).
Also ideal before or after training.
For optimal results we recommend a daily intake.

Size KREATIN:

One pack (120 capsules) lasts for one month. Creatine is considered potentially safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding should always be discussed with your doctor.
