Intake: Mix 3 measuring spoons (=25 g) daily with 300 ml of water in a shaker and shake vigorously until the mixture is particularly smooth and creamy. Then enjoy immediately.

Intake: Take 4 CREATINE capsules per day with sufficient liquid (time of intake can be chosen freely). Also ideal before or after training. For optimal results, we recommend daily intake.
