Vegan protein banana brownies

Who doesn't love a delicious brownie? But what if we told you that this brownie not only tastes incredible, but also provides you with protein and is completely vegan?

These brownies are the perfect snack between meals, a sweet treat after a workout or simply a moment of indulgence to keep you energized. So grab your kitchen utensils, because it's time to bake!

The recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 2 scoops HER ONE DAILY PROTEIN

  • 80 g almond butter

  • 50 g baking cocoa

  • 50 g dark chocolate

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. Puree the ripe bananas in a blender until they have a creamy consistency.

  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie. Make sure it doesn't get too hot so that it remains smooth.

  3. Mix all the ingredients (mashed bananas, HER ONE DAILY PROTEIN, almond butter, baking cocoa, melted chocolate, baking powder, vanilla and salt) in a bowl until smooth.

  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 °C fan oven (or top/bottom heat) for approx. 30 minutes. The brownies should be slightly firm on the outside and still moist on the inside.

Caution: Do not heat the oven above 150 °C, otherwise the protein will lose its structure. 

  1. After baking, leave the brownies to cool completely. This is important to give them their firm consistency.

  2. If desired, dust with a little extra baking cocoa before serving.
