Ingredients (for 1 portion)
300 g canned or jarred chickpeas
2 tbsp HER ONE PROTEIN 35+ ACTIVE
1 tablespoon white almond butter or peanut butter
Vanilla paste
1.5 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
A pinch of sea salt
Preparation
Blend: Add the
PROTEIN 35+ ACTIVE: Place the chickpeas, a pinch of vanilla, and the peanut butter in a blender. Blend the mixture thoroughly until it has a smooth, even texture. Repeat the process a few times if necessary until the dough reaches the perfect cookie dough consistency.
