  • 1 handful of frozen mango
  • 1 handful of frozen strawberries
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1 banana

  • Kiwis

  • Pecan nuts

    Preparation

    1. Place all the ingredients for the smoothie bowl in a blender and blend on the highest setting until a smooth consistency is achieved.
