Sufficient restful sleep is a decisive factor for a radiant exterior. As we sleep, our body regenerates: Our immune system is activated, new cells are formed, and cell damage is repaired. In week 4 of your Inner Beauty-Kur, therefore, let us concentrate on your beauty sleep.

1. Sleep check and good night tea with Inner Beauty

Sleep Check

At the beginning of the 4. Week of your beauty cure we take your sleep under the magnifying glass. Prepare yourself for a relaxing tea of your choice. Lavender, chamomile or valerian have a particularly calming effect. You can Inner Beauty also take in tea-however, make sure that the tea is at most lukewarm before you touch the powder. Thus, the heat-sensitive probiotic bacteria remain intact. 

How much do you sleep per night? Do you feel rested in the morning or do you find it hard to get up? If you regularly sleep too little, it's this week at the time to change that. Try to schedule 7-10 hours of sleep daily to give your body enough time to regenerate.

2. Overnight Oats with Inner Beauty

Your breakfast for day 2 makes yourself while you sleep. Prepare everything on the eve of the day. 

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 75g oat flakes
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp Chiasamen
  • Per serving 2 TL Inner Beauty

Optional ingredients

  • Chocolate Chips or Cocoa Nibs
  • Nut butter of your choice
  • Grated carrot
  • Warming spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and piment)
  • Cocoa powder
  • herbal protein powder of your choice
  • Berries or other fruits for garnish

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients carefully and mix them on two sealable glasses or containers. 
  2. Put the glasses in the fridge overnight. After about 8 hours, the Overnight Oats have been completely pulled through. 
  3. Garnish your breakfast with fruit of your choice.  

3. Healthy mocktail with Inner Beauty

Mocktail

Sometimes you have one fack fancy for a drink! Alcohol, however, disturbs your sleep-that's why we are hitting a healthy mocktail today 

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 1 piece of fresh ginger, cut into thin slices
  • 1 large branch of fresh rosemary
  • 100ml of cranberry juice (with as high a fruit content as possible)
  • 2x 250 ml bottles of Kombucha
  • Fresh cranberries (alternatively you can use raspberries or currants)
  • Rosemary branches, thinly sliced ginger and 2 tsp each Inner Beauty-Powder for garnish

 

Preparation

  1. Abundance of 4 old-fashioned glasses with ice cream and place them aside.

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a jug or large vessel and equip them carefully.

  3. Pour the mixture through a sieve into the glasses.

  4. Garnish the glasses with a small rosemary branch, a slice of fresh ginger, a pair of berries and 2 teaspoons of Inner Beauty. 


    4. Strawberry-Macadamia-Toast

    Start the day after a lonely night with a particularly delicious early stick!

    Ingredients for 2 servings

    • 10-12 ripe strawberries

    • 4 discs full-grain toast

    • 4 tbsp macadamia nut butter

    • 4 TL Inner Beauty Powder

    Preparation

    1. Dispel the toasted bread slices with one tablespoon of macadamia nut butter each. 
    2. Cut the strawberries into thin slices and divide them on the toast slices. You can also crush the strawberries with a fork in advance. 
    3. Shrimp the toasts ever with a TL Inner Beauty

          5. Real Blue-Smoothie

          This smoothie is also wonderfully creamy without bananas. 

          Ingredients for 2 servings

          • 100 g deep-chilled melon
          • 125 g frozen blueberries
          • 1 cup of vanilla-soy yoghurt (150 g)
          • 75 ml Soyamilch
          • 1 tsp milled linseed
          • 4 TL Inner BeautyPowder

          Preparation

          1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix them until a creamy consistency is obtained. 

              6. Veganer Reispudding mit Inner Beauty

              Rice pudding 

              Ingredients for 2 servings

              • 100g Milk rice
              • 950 ml Soyamilch
              • 2 tsp vanilla extract
              • 1 tsp cinnamon
              • Nutmeg Muscatnut
              • 50g sugar
              • 50g Rosinen
              • 2 tsp Inner Beauty for garnish

              Preparation

              1. Preheat the oven to 120 C.
              2. All ingredients (except Inner BeautyPowder!) mix in a bowl and place in a slightly greased, ofensolid form. Covered, approx. Bake for 3 hours.
              3. When the rice is cooked, stir and let it cool. 
              4. Before serving each serving with Inner Beauty Sprinkle.

                7. Miso soup for breakfast

                 In many Asian countries, the day begins with a warm breakfast-instead of toast or bread, cereal brei or soup come on the table. In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), breakfast is considered to be the most important meal of the day: a warm meal heats the digestive fire and provides for a functioning metabolism. 

                Ingredients for 2 servings

                • 200g solid tofu
                • 450ml vegetable broth
                • 2 medium spring onions
                • 2 tbsp white Misopaste
                • 10g dried wakame seaweed

                Preparation

                1. Soft the Wakam algae in a little warm water at least 10 minutes until they are soft. Rinse the algae under clear water. 
                2. Cut the tofu in about 1x1cm large cubes. Cut the spring onion into fine rings.
                3. Casting the vegetable broth in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. 
                4. Release the miso paste into a little water. Rub it with a fork until there are no more clumps.
                5. As soon as the broth is boiled, reduce the heat and give the tofu cubes. Let the soup continue on medium heat until the tofu is warm. 
                6. Take the soup from the stove and add the algae, early-line-wiebel-rings as well as the miso-paste. Make sure that the soup is no longer too hot before you add the miso. Just like Inner Beauty contains Miso-Paste valuable lactic acid bacteria that are sensitive to heat.
