Intake & size

Intake:

For a smooth consistency, first pour the powder into the glass and then add the water. Mix 2 scoops (7 g = daily dose) with at least 300 ml of water. Alternatively, you can also add the powder to a smoothie, yogurt or other cold drinks. Then shake, stir or prepare in a blender. Protect from heat, as this destroys the vitamins it contains.

Note:
Unlike conventional sherbet powders or similar, we deliberately avoid chemical additives that promote the solubility of the product. For optimum consistency, we therefore recommend preparing the product in a HER ONE shaker or bottle.

Can I take the vegan INNER BEAUTY All in One during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

According to current knowledge, there are generally no known negative effects from taking lactic acid cultures before and during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. However, as we use a comprehensive vitamin mix in the new INNER BEAUTY All in One, including vitamin A, which should only be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding after consulting a doctor, it is advisable to consult a doctor again. However, this should of course always be taken into account when taking dietary supplements during pregnancy/breastfeeding, as the course of pregnancy can vary and health conditions can be very diverse.

Why are you selling the vegan INNER BEAUTY All in One again even though it has been discontinued?

Some time ago, we actually decided to discontinue the product. However, it turned out that there were still a few units left. Can I take the vegan INNER BEAUTY All in One if I have an intolerance (e.g. lactose, fructose, histamine)?

Fructose: Contains fruit powder - please check with a doctor if you are severely intolerant.
Histamine: Not recommended for sensitive people, as some ingredients can trigger histamine reactions.
