Conditions of participation for the competition

  1. Organizer of the competition
    The competitions (Instagram & newsletter) are organized by HER ONE. These are in no way connected to Instagram or other social media platforms.

  2. Period of the competition
    The competition runs from 10.10.2025 until 23.10.2025.

  3. Eligibility to participate
    All natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Employees of HER ONE, CALIDA or their relatives are excluded from participation.

  4. Participation in the competition via Instagram

To take part in the Instagram competition, the following steps must be completed:

  1. Follow @her.one.official and @calidaswitzerland on Instagram
  2. Like & comment on our giveaway post
  3. Optional: For an additional ticket - share the post with a friend

Participation is free of charge. Multiple participation is possible by adding further comments, but does not lead to a higher probability of winning.

  1. Participation in the competition via the HER ONE newsletter

To take part in the newsletter competition, the following step must be completed:

    1. SLEEP WELL has been ordered or added to your savings subscription and triggered by 23.10.

Participation is free of charge.  

  1. Instagram prize and draw
    Among all valid entries one (1) winner will be drawn will be drawn.

    The prize includes:

      • 1x HER ONE gift box worth over 35.80€ with the products:
        4 MAGNESIUM COMPLEX, SLEEP WELL²³ Spray

      • 1x pair of pyjamas from CALIDA

    The draw will be made at random on 23.10.2025 at 18:00 (CET). The winner will be announced in the Instagram story of @her.one.official and will also be announced via Instagram direct message will be contacted.


  2. Prize and draw Newsletter

    One (1) winner will be drawn from all valid entries.

    The prize includes:

      • 1x pair of pyjamas from CALIDA

    The draw will be made at random on 23.10.2025 at 18:00 (CET). The winner will be contacted by e-mail contacted.

     

  3. Data protection
    As part of the competition, personal data (Instagram user name, if applicable name, e-mail address and address for sending the prize) will only be used to process the competition. Our Data protection regulations.
  4. Other conditions

    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.

    • Legal recourse is excluded.

    • HER ONE is not liable for technical faults, failures or delays that affect participation in the competition.

    • In the event of problems with the HER ONE gift box, we reserve the right to provide a replacement of equal value.

    • By participating in the competition, all participants agree to these conditions of participation.
