Your Inner Beauty-cure plan for week 4

Your Inner Beauty treatment plan for week 4 - HER ONE - The Future of Well-being

  3. Healthy mocktail with Inner Beauty
  4. Strawberry and macadamia toast

  7. Miso soup for breakfast

1st sleep check and goodnight tea with Inner Beauty

Sleep_Check

At the start of the 4th week of your beauty treatment, we take a close look at your sleep. Prepare a relaxing tea of your choice. Lavender, camomile or valerian have a particularly calming effect. You can Inner Beauty in tea - but make sure that the tea is at most lukewarm before you stir in the powder. This ensures that the heat-sensitive probiotic bacteria remain undamaged.

How much sleep do you get each night? Do you feel rested in the morning or do you find it difficult to get up? If you regularly sleep too little, it's time to change that this week. Try to get 7-10 hours of sleep a day to give your body enough time to regenerate.

                7. miso soup for breakfast

                Miso soup

In many Asian countries, the day starts with a warm breakfast - instead of toast or bread, cereal porridge or soup is served. In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day: a warm meal fuels the digestive fire and ensures a functioning metabolism.

                Ingredients for 2 portions

                • 200g firm tofu
                • 450ml vegetable stock
                • 2 medium spring onions
                • 2 tbsp white miso paste
                • 10g dried wakame seaweed

                Preparation

                1. Soak the wakame seaweed in a little warm water for at least 10 minutes until it is soft. Then rinse the seaweed under clear water.
                2. Cut the tofu into 1x1cm cubes. Cut the spring onion into fine rings.
                3. Pour the vegetable stock into a pan and bring to the boil.
                4. Dissolve the miso paste in a little water. Stir it with a fork until there are no more lumps.
                5. As soon as the stock boils, reduce the heat and add the tofu cubes. Leave the soup to simmer on a medium heat until the tofu is warm.
                6. Remove the soup from the heat and add the seaweed, spring onion rings and miso paste. Make sure that the soup is no longer too hot before adding the miso. Just like Inner Beauty miso paste contains valuable lactic acid bacteria that are sensitive to heat.
