1st stress check and matcha latte with Inner Beauty

Take a short break, stir in 2 teaspoons of Inner Beauty into your matcha latte and listen to yourself: What about stress in your life? Do you take enough time out and do you have techniques that help you deal with stressful situations? Try to make space this week for yoga, a short evening meditation, a long walk or simply a few deep, mindful breaths when things get particularly hectic.

Big plans for the evening? Start the day with an energizing breakfast and sprinkle your daily dose of Inner Beauty over your morning oatmeal. If you like your porridge hot, let it cool down a little before serving. Inner Beauty so that the heat-sensitive probiotics are not damaged. Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day so that everything in your stomach can "move" smoothly today,

If you want an extra healthy smoothie, our cucumber smoothie recipe is a perfect start to the day and tastes delicious too!

Ingredients for 2 portions

  • 1 medium-sized apple
  • 100 g spinach
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 450 ml almond milk
  • 8 pitted dates
  • 4 TSP Inner Beauty-powder

Preparation

  1. Peel and dice the apple and cucumber. Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Roughly chop the dates.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!

    Dissolve your daily dose Inner Beauty in delicious coconut water today. Coconut water is a true natural wonder: the water from inside the coconut is fat-free, low in calories and rich in valuable minerals such as magnesium, calcium and potassium. Coconut water is isotonic, which means that its ratio of liquid to nutrients corresponds to that of human blood. It is therefore the ideal drink for athletes. 

      6. chia pudding with Inner Beauty

      Ingredients for 2 portions

      • 450ml coconut milk 
      • 100g chia seeds 
      • 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
      • 1⁄4 tsp cinnamon powder
      • 4 TSP Inner Beauty-powder

      Preparation

      1. Mix the milk, vanilla, cinnamon and Inner Beauty together. Then add the chia seeds.
      2. Divide the mixture between two glasses and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. If the pudding has become too firm, you can stir in more coconut milk. 
      3. You can enjoy the pudding as a dessert, snack or breakfast and garnish with berries, cocoa or cocoa nibs as you wish.

        On the last day of your second week, keep it simple: Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Mix both halves with Inner Beauty and shredded coconut and spoon over. If you want to sweeten the whole thing a little, you can add a little agave syrup on top.
