- 75g coconut flour

- 1⁄2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 medium banana, mashed
- 60 ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 TSP Inner Beauty-powder per serving for garnish
Preparation
- Mix the coconut flour and baking powder in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the nut butter, ground flaxseed, honey, mashed banana and almond milk until smooth.
- Add the flour and baking powder mixture and mix all the ingredients well. If the batter is too thick, you can add 1-2 teaspoons of milk. It should have the consistency of a brownie batter.
- Put a little coconut oil or butter in a large non-stick frying pan and heat the fat over a medium heat.
- Pour about a tablespoon of batter into the pan for each pancake. In most pans, three pancakes can be baked at the same time.

Preparation

- 50g walnuts
- 50g almonds
- 100g unsweetened coconut flakes
- 75g hemp seeds

- 75ml maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2-1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 120g almond flour
- 3 tbsp raw cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp maca powder
- 20 TSP Inner Beauty-powder
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and chop on a low setting until a firm mixture is formed. Be careful not to chop the ingredients too small.
- Take the nut and fruit mixture out of the food processor and shape into 10 small bars.
