Copy of conditions of participation for the competition

1. Organizer of the competition
   The competition is organized by HER ONE. This is in no way connected to Instagram or other social media platforms.

2. Period of the competition
   The competition runs from 26.11.2024 up to and including 29.11.2024, 23:59 (CET).

3. Eligibility
   All persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany and who have placed an order via https://her.one/ during the specified period using the exclusive voucher code from @fionaerdmann or @diewalsers.official are eligible to take part.

4. Prize and draw

   • Among all orders placed with the voucher code from @fionaerdmann or @thewalsers.official are recognized for each 4 winners drawn.
   • The winners will be refunded the full invoice amount of their order.
   • Refunds will be made within 6 weeks of the announcement of the winners to the payment method used for the order.

1. Announcement of the winners
   The draw will take place by 05.12.2024 at the latest. The winners will be notified by e-mail.

2. Exclusion from the competition

   • Multiple entries by placing several orders with the same voucher code are possible, but do not increase the chances of winning. Each order only counts once.

   • Legal recourse is excluded.
   • All personal information collected as part of the competition is subject to our privacy policy.
   • HER ONE is not liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred in connection with participation in the competition or receipt of the prize.
   • No cash payment of the prize is offered.
   • By participating in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation.
