Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 20g vanilla protein
- 1 - 2 tsp Inner Beauty
- 20g almond flour
- 1 ripe banana
- 150 ml plant milk
- approx. 1/4 teaspoon psyllium husks
- Toppings as desired
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix on the highest setting.
- Leave to rest briefly, as psyllium husks need some time to swell.
- When the mixture has reached the desired consistency, place in a bowl and top to your heart's content.
