What does the perfect start to the day look like for you? Does it have to be quick or do you take your time to conjure up an Instagram-worthy breakfast? If the latter is more your thing, we have just the right inspiration for you with our breakfast bowl recipe.
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 1 handful of frozen mango pieces
- 1 handful of frozen raspberries
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 date
- a little oat milk if required
- 2 TSP Inner Beauty
- Toppings of your choice - we recommend coconut chips, chia seeds, strawberries, raspberries and some granola.
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients for the bowl in a blender and blend on the highest setting until a smooth consistency is achieved.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with the toppings.
