Recipe: Delicious Breakfast Bowl with mango and Inner Beauty - HER ONE - The Future of Well-being

What does the perfect start to the day look like for you? Does it have to be quick or do you take your time to conjure up an Instagram-worthy breakfast? If the latter is more your thing, we have just the right inspiration for you with our breakfast bowl recipe.  

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 1 handful of frozen mango pieces
  • 1 handful of frozen raspberries
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 date
  • a little oat milk if required
  • 2 TSP Inner Beauty
  • Toppings of your choice - we recommend coconut chips, chia seeds, strawberries, raspberries and some granola.

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients for the bowl in a blender and blend on the highest setting until a smooth consistency is achieved. 
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with the toppings.
