PROTEIN 35+ ACTIVE:

Intake: Mix 3 measuring spoons (=25 g) daily with 300 ml of water in a shaker and shake vigorously until the mixture is particularly smooth and creamy. Then enjoy immediately.

Directions: Take 4 KREATIN capsules daily with plenty of water (time of day is up to you). Also ideal before or after a workout. For best results, we recommend taking it daily.
