CREATINE

Directions: Take 4 KREATIN capsules daily with plenty of water (time of day is up to you).
Also ideal before or after a workout.
For best results, we recommend taking it daily.

Serving Size: One bottle (120 capsules) lasts for one month. Creatine is considered safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before taking this product during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
