About HER ONE

Health begins at Gut: Since ancient times, the stomach has been considered the center of health. It is not only the digestive organ, but also houses a large part of our immune system and influences our mood and well-being via the Gut-brain axis. Externally, the skin reflects the condition of the intestine and reacts with impurities or rashes to inflammations and imbalances of the intestinal flora.

Contemporary beauty care involves more than just lotions and creams - it starts with proper nutrition. What we eat and drink every day provides components from which our cells are built. Special nutrients provide more vitality, elasticity and glow. But it takes a healthy Gut, to be able to absorb essential nutrients.

HER ONE - Founder Chanyu Xu

My parents came to Germany from China in the mid-1980s. They studied at the beginning and later started their own business. This gave my brother and me everything we needed - not only education, but also the freedom to pursue our passion and shape our lives independently.

This cannot be taken for granted. That's why I founded HER ONE, with the vision of supporting women of all ages and in all circumstances.

Since my childhood I have been burning for the topic food and I am convinced that good and healthy nutrition makes our life longer and better.

HER ONE is the third start-up I have founded in the food tech sector. Creating something new always demands a lot of time and energy. From my own experience, I know that in stressful phases, the first thing to suffer is the way you eat. A vicious circle of stress, hasty eating and indisposition quickly begins. That is why digestive disorders are among the most common diseases of our time. Unfortunately, women are affected more often.

With HER ONE I want to help people, especially women, to tackle health problems holistically from the inside out. The latest research confirms what doctors have known for centuries: A healthy body begins with a healthy Gut.

The purity and sustainability of our products is particularly important to me. The market is full of synthetic chemical products that, in my opinion, have nothing to do with preventive health care. Our society is just starting to rethink in many places and our new demands should not stop at food supplements.

At HER ONE, we therefore rely exclusively on natural and pollutant-free ingredients. We source our raw materials from European or certified organic sources wherever possible and have our products bottled in Germany. Likewise, we pay attention to sustainability in our product and shipping packaging and try to avoid unnecessary (plastic) waste.
