Intake & size

Intake:
Mix 2 scoops (=21.7 g) daily with 300 ml of water in a shaker and shake vigorously until the mixture is particularly smooth and creamy. Then enjoy straight away. Alternatively, you can stir the powder into plant-based milk or your favorite smoothie. The coconut milk powder gives your shake a naturally creamy consistency - perfect for a moment of indulgence on its own, in a breakfast bowl or as a protein upgrade in your recipes.
