Intake: Mix 3 level measuring spoons (7 g = daily dose) with at least 300 ml of water in a shaker and shake well. Alternatively, you can add the powder to a smoothie or yogurt.

We have directly implemented your valuable feedback. We have added natural type I and III collagen peptides (Peptan®) for an even better taste and higher bioavailability. This means that the product is unfortunately no longer vegan, but it tastes so much better and the natural collagen can be absorbed more quickly by the body.

Can I take the INNER BEAUTY All in One during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

According to current knowledge, there are generally no known negative effects from taking lactic acid cultures before and during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. However, as we use a comprehensive vitamin mix in the new INNER BEAUTY All in One, including vitamin A, which should only be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding after consulting a doctor, it is advisable to consult a doctor again. However, this should of course always be taken into account when taking dietary supplements during pregnancy/breastfeeding, as the course of pregnancy can vary and health conditions can be very diverse.
