Terms and Conditions – HER ONE Golden Ticket
1. Organizer
The organizer of this promotion is her1 GmbH, Brunnenstr. 196, 10119 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter “HER ONE”).
2. Promotion Period & Eligibility
This promotion applies to orders placed through the German HER ONE online store between 6:00 p.m. on November 6, 2026, and 11:59 p.m. on November 16, 2026.
Customers who are 18 years of age or older and reside in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of HER ONE and their family members are excluded from participation.
3. How the Promotion Works & Prizes
A total of 11 Golden Tickets will be randomly distributed among all eligible orders placed during the promotional period and included with the respective packages.
Each Golden Ticket entitles the holder to the following prizes:
3.1 Free one-year subscription to " INNER BEAUTY : All in One"
The prize consists of 12 monthly deliveries, each containing 1 can of " INNER BEAUTY " All in One (30 servings per can), for a total of 12 cans over a 12-month period.
HER ONE reserves the right to determine the delivery dates and frequency of the products throughout the entire 12-month subscription period.
The savings subscription ends automatically after 12 months and does not convert to a paid subscription.
3.2 Full Refund of the Order
In addition, the full order amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded for the order that contains the Golden Ticket.
4. Notifying the Winners
Winners will be notified by email no later than November 22, 2026, at the address provided when placing the order.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.
5. Submission and Use of Content
Submitting a selfie with the Golden Ticket or an unboxing video is optional and not a requirement for winning.
By submitting their entries, participants agree that HER ONE may use, reproduce, publish, and share the content indefinitely for marketing and communication purposes on its own channels (website, newsletter, and social media).
You may revoke your consent at any time, effective for the future, by sending an email to hello@her.one.
Participants confirm that they own the rights to the submitted content and that all individuals depicted in it consent to its use.
6. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the promotion.
To the extent that content has been submitted in accordance with Section 5, it will also be used for marketing and communication purposes based on the consent provided therein.

7. Changes & Termination of the Promotion
HER ONE reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion early, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Participation
